All our servers are located in latest generation Datacenters with the latest technology in construction and security. Only in this way can we guarantee close to 100% availability of the services, (see uptime guarantee) and optimum benefits. Currently we work with Datacenters located in Denmark and France.
   
   
DENMARK DATACENTER
100% redundant power
Our entire Datacenter has a dual power feed, and has massive battery-backup systems.
230V AC and 400V AC, UPS, -48V DC with battery-backup, with ground/earth provide current without interruptions. The Datacenter also has redundant Diesel generators.
Generator's specifications
2 x 65.300ccm (16 cil. e/o) provide 1,383 KW each at 1.500rpm
130.000 litre fuel tanks with a consumption of 385 l/h per generator. A fuel tank provides energy that will maintain the whole Datacenter to its maximum during a one week period.
Wiring
The feed cables are located beneath the computers antistatic technical flooring. The data wiring usually runs on elevated grids, although it may run under the flooring at different points. The work of our operators is always supervised so as to guarantee quality and flexibility.
Climate Control
We guarantee the following conditions:
- Temperature: 18ºC -
25ºC
- Humidity: 40% - 60%
- Redundant air acclimatization
Climate control is in accordance with ETS 300019 class 3.1 (Telecommunication Centers)
Fire Protection
- Flame resistant walls and floors
- Gas based extinguisher systems (INERGEN)
- CO2 based fire extinguishers
Physical security
- Only authorised personnel have access to the installations
- Security areas are protected by alarms and accessed by identity cards
- All accesses are registered
- The entire facility is covered by video monitoring
FRANCE DATACENTER
Building
- Technical flooring can support cargo pressure between 5000-15000 N/m2
- Double flooring with a separation height of 30-60 cm
- Room ceiling height between 2,7 and 4,3 metres
- Door height of 2,12 metres or 2,51 metres
- Wall quality: F/90
- The data centre is free of water lines
Electrical Feed
- 2 independent UPS + batteries + an emergency system with 200,000 litres of fuel in order to guarantee a continuous supply.
- Power supply up to 1 kW/m2
Climate Control and Ventilation
- Temperature permanently controlled at 24°C +2/-4°C
- Relative higrometry controlled at 45% + /-10%
- Cooling capacity up to 1kW/m2
- Air-conditioning is provided from independent ventilation rooms equipped with an automatic fire prevention system
- Complete ventilation carried out 3 times every hour

- Optical and thermal alarms in all areas
- Two level base control, including double flooring

- Video monitoring of external zones, with information storage for a period of three months.
